Registration Form - Women’s Only Boxfit Free Trial Classes

This motivational and uplifting class was made for women by women and is guaranteed to sharpen your skills and build stamina.  

This high intensity class is designed to teach boxing fundamentals to the beginner and help to further build the skillset of those with more experience.  The class will provides an even mix of boxing skills, heavy bag work, mits, and conditioning exercises for all skill levels. 

Each class is 60 minutes (11:00am-12:00pm) and you may attend one or both classes.
